Care Coordination The Parties’ subcontract shall require that the Enrollee’s CP Care Coordinator provide ongoing care coordination support to the Enrollee in coordination with the Enrollee’s PCP and other providers as set forth in Section 2.6.
Authorized Representatives and Contact Information a. Mercy Corps: Only the following Mercy Corps employees are authorized to agree to any amendment of this Purchase Order and any related Change Order:

Within 14 days of the effective date of this Consent Agreement, DTSC and Respondent shall each designate a Project Coordinator and shall notify each other in writing of the Project Coordinator selected. Each Project Coordinator shall be responsible for overseeing the implementation of this Consent Agreement and for designating a person to act in his/her absence. All communications between Respondent and DTSC, and all documents, report approvals, and other correspondence concerning the activities performed pursuant to this Consent Agreement shall be directed through the Project Coordinators. Selection of Representatives a) Each central party and the Crown shall select its own representatives to the Committee.

Notice of Union Representative Visits The Union shall inform the Company when any representative of the Union intends to visit the worksite for the purpose of conducting Union business. Such visits will not disrupt employees working without the supervisor/manager’s permission.
Order Coordination and Order Coordination-Time Specific 2.1.9.1 “Order Coordination” (OC) allows BellSouth and Global Connection to coordinate the installation of the SL2 Loops, Unbundled Digital Loops (UDL) and other Loops where OC may be purchased as an option, to Global Connection’s facilities to limit end user service outage. OC is available when the Loop is provisioned over an existing circuit that is currently providing service to the end user. OC for physical conversions will be scheduled at BellSouth’s discretion during normal working hours on the committed due date. OC shall be provided in accordance with the chart set forth below.
ASSIGNMENT AND CHANGE OF CONTROL a. Seller shall not and shall cause its affiliates not to, directly, indirectly, voluntarily or involuntarily, in each case, whether by transfer, operation of law, Change of Control (as defined in subparagraph b below) or otherwise assign this Contract, assign any of its rights or interest in this Contract, delegate any of its obligations under this Contract, or subcontract for all or substantially all of its performance of this Contract (each, an “Assignment”), without Buyer’s prior written consent after advance written notice by Seller. No purported Assignment, with or without Buyer’s consent, shall relieve Seller of any of its obligations under this Contract or prejudice any rights or claims that Buyer may have against Seller, whether such obligations, rights or claims, as the case may be, arise before or after the date of any purported Assignment; provided however, that Seller may assign its right to monies due or to become due under this Contract, and this Article does not limit Seller’s ability to purchase standard commercial supplies or raw material in connection with its performance of this Contract.
