Common use of Capital Improvements and Expansion Clause in Contracts

Capital Improvements and Expansion. Subject to the items ---------------------------------- specifically enumerated in the Budget as determined in accordance with Section 4.10(a) hereof, any renovation and expansion plans and capital expenditures with respect to the Office, or the priority of such capital expenditures, shall be reviewed and approved by the Policy Board and shall be based upon economic feasibility, physician support, productivity and then-current market conditions.
