Common use of Cancellation of the Subsequent Appointment(s) Clause in Contracts

Cancellation of the Subsequent Appointment(s). Where a subsequent appointment is cancelled for any reason, including unsatisfactory performance of duties in a previous appointment, the affected individual may file a grievance under Article 14:07 within forty (40) working days of receipt of notice that the appointment is cancelled. All correspondence flowing from this Article shall be provided in writing.
