Warranty Pass On If requested by Airline and consented to by CFMI in writing which consent will not be unreasonably withheld, CFMI will extend warranty support for Engines sold by Airline to commercial Airline operators, or to other aircraft operators. Such warranty support will be limited to the unexpired portion of the New Engine Warranty, New Parts Warranty, Ultimate Life Warranty and Campaign Change Warranty and will require such operator(s) to agree, in writing, to be bound by, and comply with, all the terms and conditions, including the limitations, applicable to such warranties as set forth in this Agreement. If Airline acquires Products from another Airline or operator of Products, and such Airline or operator has an agreement with CFMI, CFMI will agree to extend the CFMI warranty support, if any, remaining in respect of such Products as extended by CFMI to such Airline or operator.
