Call of Meetings by Issuer or Holders. In case at any time the Issuer or the Parent Guarantor, in each case by Board Resolution, or the Holders of at least 10% in aggregate principal amount of the Securities then Outstanding of each series that may be affected by the action proposed to be taken at the meeting shall have requested the Trustee to call a meeting of Holders of Securities of all series that may be so affected to take any action authorized in Section 15.01 by written request setting forth in reasonable detail the action proposed to be taken at the meeting, and the Trustee shall not have mailed or made the first publication of the notice of such meeting within 30 days after receipt of such request, then the Issuer or the Holders in the amount above specified may determine the time and the place in the Borough of Manhattan, The City of New York for such meeting and may call such meeting by mailing or publishing notice thereof as provided in Section 15.02.
