Call for Contribution of Days. In the event the total number of days in the CIILB should drop below a level determined by the CIILB Committee, each member of the CIILB shall be assessed an additional sick leave day in order to rebuild the CIILB balance of contributed days. If a member has no remaining sick leave days to contribute at the time the CIILB Committee requires the contribution of additional days, the member shall remain a member of the CIILB and shall be exempt from the assessment.
