By forwarding. a copy of the agreement as indicated in paragraph 1, and from the date indicated in the CC&G communication indicated at paragraph 2, both the Clearing Member and the Settlement Agent, shall be considered under obligation to CC&G, with all legal consequences, for all the provisions of this agreement that may be of importance or interest, including in solely organisational terms, to CC&G.
