Common use of Buyers Supplies Clause in Contracts

Buyers Supplies. 6.1 The Buyer, at its own risk and expense, shall contract for, supply and deliver the Buyer’s Supplies to the Shipyard and, in the case of certain materials, to the Builder’s facility at the base port for trials in proper condition for installation or incorporation in, or stowage on board, the Ship in precise accordance with a delivery schedule to be agreed between the Buyer and the Builder within one hundred and eighty (180) days after the Effective Date.
