Business of the Borrowers. The primary business of the Borrowers and the Subsidiaries is and will continue to be the acquisition, exploration, development, financing, ownership, operation, production, maintenance, storage, transportation, gathering, processing and marketing of Hydrocarbons, Hydrocarbon Interests and Oil and Gas Properties and related activities.
Business of the Borrowers. The Borrowers do not carry on any business, activity or operation of any kind whatsoever, other than the Lines of Business.
