Collateral Vessels. (a) The name, registered owner and official number, and jurisdiction of registration and flag of each Collateral Vessel are set forth on Schedule 6.21. Each Collateral Vessel is operated in all material respects in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. Each Collateral Vessel has been duly registered under the laws and regulations and flag of the jurisdiction set forth opposite its name on Schedule 6.21, and no other action is necessary to establish and perfect such entity’s title to and interest in such vessel as against any employment contractor or third party.

Each Collateral Vessel has been duly registered under the laws and regulation and flag of the jurisdiction set forth opposite its name on Schedule 6.21, and no other action is necessary to establish and perfect such entity's title to and interest in such vessel as against any employment contractor or third party. Each Collateral Vessel is covered by all such insurance as is required in accordance with the requirements of the respective Ship Mortgage and Section 7.01.
Collateral Vessels. (i) No change of registration, flag, classification society, or technical or commercial management of any of the Collateral Vessels shall occur without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld.
Collateral Vessels. As of the Delivery Date of the relevant Collateral Vessel, such Collateral Vessel will be:
Collateral Vessels. (a) The name, flag, registry, location, official number, registered owner and current classification status of each Collateral Vessel is set forth on Schedule 1.1(a). Each Collateral Vessel (i) is registered and flagged in the United States on the Closing Date, (ii) is owned and operated by a Borrower or a Subsidiary Guarantor, (iii) that is operated, is operated in all material respects in compliance with all Requirements of Law (including, in the case of each Collateral Vessel that is in class on the Closing Date, compliance in all material respects with all requirements of such classification as required by the United States Coast Guard or other nationally recognized classification society) and (iv) is maintained in accordance with all requirements set forth herein and in the Security Documents. Each Collateral Vessel is covered by all such insurance as is required by the respective Collateral Vessel Mortgage. The Borrowers and their Subsidiaries have made all required payments and contributions to statutory environmental insurance schemes and other environmental insurance schemes applicable to the Borrowers and their Subsidiaries and customary for the business and operations conducted by them.
Collateral Vessels. The Administrative Agent shall have received with respect to each Collateral Vessel (i) a copy of its Certificate of Documentation, (ii) a copy of its most recent ABS Certification and (iii) if applicable, a copy of its Certificate of Financial Responsibility.
Collateral Vessels. (a) Evidence that the mortgage entered into or to be entered into by each Subsidiary Guarantor has been (or will be simultaneously with the making of the Advances to be made on the initial Drawdown Date) duly registered and/or recorded as a valid first priority ship mortgage in favour of the Security Trustee in respect of the relevant Collateral Vessel in accordance with the laws of the relevant jurisdiction.
Collateral Vessels. To the extent required by the Administrative Agent, in respect of any Collateral Vessel owned by, or to be acquired in connection with, the accession or novation of such Additional Obligor to this Agreement or any New Vessel:

Collateral Vessels. Forthwith upon delivery by the Builder of a Collateral Vessel to the Collateral Guarantor which is to be the owner thereof, the Borrowers shall deliver, or procure the delivery, to the Bank of the documentation and evidence referred to in Part E of Schedule 2.
