Budget and Strategic Plan. The Company shall prepare and submit to the Lenders a budget and strategic plan for the Company for each fiscal year of the Company at least 15 days prior to commencement of each fiscal year thereafter, commencing fiscal year 1996. The Company shall review the budget and strategic plan periodically with the Lenders and shall promptly advise the Lenders of all material changes therein and all material deviations therefrom.
Budget and Strategic Plan. Approve a FY 2019-2020 budget for the CWC, including a more dependable on-going funding resource. In concert with budgeting process, develop a five-year strategic plan that is a statement of vision, mission, goals, objectives and strategic actions to guide the CWC’s work.
Budget and Strategic Plan. The Company will also deliver to the Shareholder the Company’s annual budget and long-term strategic plan and such other reports, information or analysis that the Shareholder may reasonably request.
