Broker/Finder’s Fee. No broker’s or finder’s fee will be paid in connection with the transaction contemplated by this Agreement other than fees payable to persons registered as broker-dealers pursuant to Section 15 of the Securities Acquisition Act of 1934. The Company and FTA agree that, except as set forth herein and on Schedule 7.02 attached hereto, there were no brokers or finders involved in bringing the parties together or who were instrumental in the negotiation, execution or consummation of this Agreement. The Company, and FTA, each agree to indemnify the other against any claim by any third person other than those described above for any commission, brokerage, or finder's fee arising from the transactions contemplated hereby based on any alleged agreement or understanding between the indemnifying party and such third person, whether express or implied from the actions of the indemnifying party.

The Buyer, the Company and the Company Principal Shareholders agree that, except as set forth herein and on Schedule 6.02 attached hereto, there were no brokers or finders involved in bringing the parties together or who were instrumental in the negotiation, execution or consummation of this Agreement. The Buyer, the Company and the Company Principal Shareholders, each agree to indemnify the other against any claim by any third person other than those described above for any commission, brokerage, or finder’s fee arising from the transactions contemplated hereby based on any alleged agreement or understanding between the indemnifying party and such third person, whether express or implied from the actions of the indemnifying party.
Broker/Finder’s Fee. (a) Other than as set forth in Section 2.15(b), the Company represents that it has not had any dealing with respect to this transaction with any business broker, firm or salesman, or any person or corporation, investment banker or financial advisor who is or shall be entitled to any broker’s or finder’s fee or any other commission or similar fee with respect to the transactions set forth in this Agreement, except as otherwise indicated herein. Company agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Ethos from and against any and all claims for brokerage commissions or finder’s fees by any person, firm or corporation on the basis of any act or statement alleged to have been made by Company or its affiliates or agents.

The Company, and Eco-Tek, each agree to indemnify the other against any claim by any third person for any commission, brokerage, or finder's fee arising from the transactions contemplated hereby based on any alleged agreement or understanding between the indemnifying party and such third person, whether express or implied from the actions of the indemnifying party.
Broker/Finder’s Fee. No broker’s or finder’s fee will be paid in connection with the transaction contemplated by this Agreement, except for the fee incurred by the Cranbury Members (the “Broker’s Fee”), which shall be paid directly by such Cranbury Members. The Company and the Cranbury Members, each agree to indemnify the other against any claim by any third person for any commission, brokerage, or finder’s fee arising from the transactions contemplated hereby based on any alleged agreement or understanding between the indemnifying party and such third person, whether express or implied from the actions of the indemnifying party, and the Cranbury Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against the Broker’s Fee.

The Company, and LADP and the LADP Subsidiaries, each agree to indemnify the other against any claim by any third person other than those described above for any commission, brokerage, or finder's fee arising from the transactions contemplated hereby based on any alleged agreement or understanding between the indemnifying party and such third person, whether express or implied from the actions of the indemnifying party.

The Company and Designer Apparel, each agree to indemnify the other against any claim by any third person for any commission, brokerage, or finder’s fee arising from the transactions contemplated hereby based on any alleged agreement or understanding between the indemnifying party and such third person, whether express or implied from the actions of the indemnifying party. Broker/Finder’s Fee. No agent, broker, person or firm acting on behalf of Holder is, or will be, entitled to any commission or broker’s or finder’s fees from any of the parties hereto, or from any person controlling, controlled by or under common control with any of the parties hereto, in connection with any of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
