NO BROKER definition

NO BROKER. S OR FINDER'S FEES. No agent, broker, investment banker, person or firm has acted directly or indirectly on behalf of the Purchaser in connection with this Agreement or the transaction contemplated herein, and no such person or entity is or will be entitled to any broker's or finder's fee or any other commission or similar fee or expense, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Agreement or the transaction contemplated herein.

• BUYER ACKNOWLEDGES AND CONFIRMS THAT BUYER’S BROKER AND ALL OF ITS SALES PERSONS AND BROKERS HAVE ACTED AND WILL CONTINUE TO ACT AS AGENT FOR AND SOLELY ON BEHALF OF BUYER, AND THAT NO BROKER OTHER THAN BUYER’S BROKER HAS ACTED ON BEHALF OF BUYER.
