Common use of Broker/Finder’s Fee Clause in Contracts

Broker/Finder’s Fee. No broker’s or finder’s fee will be paid in connection with the transaction contemplated by this Agreement. The Company and W Marketing, each agree to indemnify the other against any claim by any third person for any commission, brokerage, or finder’s fee arising from the transactions contemplated hereby based on any alleged agreement or understanding between the indemnifying party and such third person, whether express or implied from the actions of the indemnifying party.
