GLASS The Tenant shall maintain the glass part of the demised premises, promptly replacing any breakage and fully saving the Landlord harmless from any loss, cost or damage resulting from such breakage or the replacement thereof.
Break The Authority may terminate the Contractor’s interest in the Framework Agreement at any time by giving not less than 3 months’ notice to the Contractor.
Breaks 429. Every employee working on video display equipment shall be required to take a break away from his/her screen of at least fifteen (15) minutes after two (2) hours' work. In the event that normal work schedule does not provide a lunch or rest break every two (2) hours, the employee shall be assigned duties away from the video display screen for fifteen (15) minutes after two (2) hours of work.
Windows Windows in the Premises shall not be covered or obstructed by Lessee. No bottles, parcels or other articles shall be placed on the windowsills, in the halls, or in any other part of the Building other than the Premises. No article shall be thrown out of the doors or windows of the Premises.
FLOORING Developer shall provide carpeted flooring with non-static flooring in server 23 room.
Insulation Insulation installed in the Property shall be as follows:
Roof Any Tenant-installed equipment must be removed and roof penetrations properly repaired by licensed roofing contractor. Active leaks must be fixed and latest Landlord maintenance and repairs recommendation must have been followed. Tenant must check with Landlord’s property manager to determine if specific roofing contractor is required to perform work.
Elevation Elevation is defined as restoring an employee to the higher classification, with permanent status, which was held prior to being granted a demotion or to a class that is between the current class and the class from which the employee was demoted. Upon elevation, an employee’s salary will be determined in the same manner that is provided for promotion in Section 43.5, above.
