Such check meters shall be for check purposes only and shall not be used for the measurement of power flows for purposes of this Agreement, except as provided in Article 7.4 below. The check meters shall be subject at all reasonable times to inspection and examination by Connecting Transmission Owner or its designee. The installation, operation and maintenance thereof shall be performed entirely by Developer in accordance with Good Utility Practice.

  • FLOORING All Bed Rooms, Dinning-cum-Living, and would be finished with Ivory Vitrified tiles (24'' X 24'') flooring and 4'' skirting. Bath-room, Kitchen & Balcony would be finished with Ivory Ceramic tiles (12'' X 12'') flooring. The walls of the Toilets/Bathrooms would finish with white glazed tiles in 60'' height. Roof would be finished with roof tiles.

  • Mileage Each employee who is authorized by an appointing authority to use their own vehicle pursuant to LAAC Sections 4.229 through 4.236, inclusive, shall be reimbursed for transportation expenses for all miles traveled for business purposes in any biweekly pay period in addition to any and all salaries and other compensation otherwise provided for by law. During the term of this MOU, the cents per mile reimbursement rate shall be adjusted to an amount equal to the annual standard car mileage allowance as determined by the Internal Revenue Service. The CAO shall certify to the City Controller appropriate changes, if required, to become effective the beginning of the pay period in which January 1 falls.
