Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability Insurance. (1) Except as provided in Section 5.1(2), and subject to the self insurance to the extent permitted by Section 5.5, at all times (including when the Company is required to carry war-risk insurance pursuant to Section 5.3 hereof) the Company will carry or cause to be carried with respect to each Aircraft at its expense (i) comprehensive airline liability (including, without limitation, passenger, bodily injury, property damage liability and product liability) insurance (exclusive of manufacturer's product liability insurance) and (ii) cargo liability insurance, (A) in an amount not less than the greater of (x) the amounts of comprehensive airline liability insurance from time to time applicable to aircraft owned or operated by the Company of the same type as the Aircraft and (y) $[***} per occurrence, (B) of the type and covering the same risks as from time to time are applicable to aircraft owned or operated by the Company of the same type as the Aircraft and (C) which is maintained in effect with insurers of internationally recognized reputation and responsibility reasonably acceptable to the Mortgagee and the Lenders.   • General Liability and Property Damage With respect to all operations performed under this Agreement, the Party shall carry general liability insurance having all major divisions of coverage including, but not limited to: Premises - Operations

  • Public Liability and Property Damage Insurance A. During the term of this Agreement, Contractor shall at all times maintain, at its expense, the following coverages and requirements. The comprehensive general liability insurance shall include broad form property damage insurance.

  • Vehicle Liability Insurance $___________________ minimum required insurance policy on all owned, hired, and non-owned vehicles of the Subcontractor for combined single limit liability for each accident affecting incurring bodily injury and/or property damage.

  • Product Liability Insurance insurance against claims for bodily injury, death or Property damage resulting from the use of products sold by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries in such amounts as are then customarily maintained by responsible persons engaged in businesses similar to that of the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Contractor’s Liability Insurance Contractor shall purchase and maintain such insurance as will protect Contractor from claims set forth below which may arise out of or result from the Contractor’s operations under the Contract, whether such operations be by Contractor or by any subcontractor or by anyone directly or indirectly employed by Contractor, or by anyone for whose acts any other may be liable:

  • Umbrella Liability Insurance Liability on a following form basis with a limit $1,000,000 per occurrence in excess of all primary limits.

  • Bodily Injury Bodily injury means death, disease, illness, physical and mental injury of or to an individual.

  • The General Liability and Property Damage coverages required for performance of this Agreement shall include the State of Vermont and its agencies, departments, officers and employees as Additional Insureds. If performance of this Agreement involves construction, or the transport of persons or hazardous materials, then the required Automotive Liability coverage shall include the State of Vermont and its agencies, departments, officers and employees as Additional Insureds. Coverage shall be primary and non-contributory with any other insurance and self-insurance.

  • Property Damage Lessee shall obtain and maintain insurance coverage on all of Lessee's personal property, Trade Fixtures, and Lessee Owned Alterations and Utility Installations. Such insurance shall be full replacement cost coverage with a deductible of not to exceed $1,000 per occurrence. The proceeds from any such insurance shall be used by Lessee for the replacement of personal property, Trade Fixtures and Lessee Owned Alterations and Utility Installations. Lessee shall provide Lessor with written evidence that such insurance is in force.

  • D&O Liability Insurance To the extent that the Company maintains a policy or policies of insurance (“D&O Liability Insurance”) providing liability insurance for directors and officers of the Company in their capacities as such (and for any capacity in which any director or officer of the Company serves any other Enterprise at the request of the Company), in respect of acts or omissions occurring while serving in such capacity, Indemnitee shall be covered by such policy or policies, in accordance with its or their terms, to the maximum extent of the coverage available for any other director or officer under such policy or policies.
