Board Packet. The District shall transmit a copy of the Board agenda and packet to the Union at substantially the same time that said material is sent to Board members. The Board packets shall include personnel recommendations, which are not to be considered in closed session and are submitted for final action. Personnel recommendations to be considered in closed session may be included at the Superintendent's discretion.
