Common use of Blood Donor Leave Clause in Contracts

Blood Donor Leave. a. A full-time or part-time team member who is absent during ordinary hours of work for the purpose of donating blood will not suffer any deduction of pay up to a maximum of 2 hours on each occasion and subject to a maximum of 4 separate absences for the purpose of donating blood each calendar year.
