Billing Month. Buyer shall read the metering devices within three business days of the end of each calendar month and will render payment within 15 days approved on an interim basis, effective on October 1, 2003, and through September 30, 2007, and are subject to confirmation and final approval by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. Billing Month. A Billing Month is defined in this schedule as the time period between successive meter readings for the purpose of monthly billing. Readings are taken approximately once each month. MONTHLY RATE DETERMINATION The Seller will be liable to the Company each billing month for the Seller Charge regardless of the amount of energy delivered by the Seller to the Company. The Company will be liable to the Seller each billing month for an amount determined as the total kWh delivered to the Company's system times the cost per kWh as specified herein. PAYMENT TERMS Payments terms as described in the Standard Offer PPA. LIMITING PROVISIONS Company shall not be liable for purchase of electricity from a QF until such facility and Company have executed a PPA.
Billing Month. The period between monthly meter readings which measures services rendered for which Bills are prepared. The Billing Month shall be as near as practicable to a calendar month.
Billing Month. For chargxx xased on scheduled quantities, the billing month is the calendar month. For charges based on metered quantities, the billing month is defined as the interval between scheduled meter-reading dates. The billing month will not exceed 31 days in any case. While it may be necessary to read meters on a day other than the scheduled meter-reading date, for determination of billing demand, the billing month will cease at 2400 hours on the last scheduled meter- reading date. Schedules will be predetermined. The customer must give 30 days notice to request a change to the schedule.

  • Month A period commencing at 10:00 a.m., Eastern Standard Time, on the first Day of a calendar month and extending until 10:00 a.m., Eastern Standard Time, on the first Day of the next succeeding calendar month. Monthly shall have the correlative meaning.
