Best Efforts to Satisfy Conditions. The Sellers agree to use all reasonable and proper efforts to bring about the satisfaction of the conditions specified in Section 7 hereof and the Purchaser agrees to use its best efforts to bring about the satisfaction of the conditions specified in Section 8 hereof.

Seller shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to cause the conditions of the obligations of Petro contained in Section 4.01 to be satisfied to the extent that the satisfaction of such conditions is in the control of Seller, and Petro shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to cause the conditions of the obligations of Seller contained in Section 4.02 to be satisfied to the extent that the satisfaction of such conditions is in the control of Petro.
Best Efforts to Satisfy Conditions. TOG shall use its commercially reasonable best efforts between the date of this Agreement and the Closing Date to cooperate with SELLERS, FININD and ISOCLIMA for purposes of satisfying the conditions set forth in this Agreement that are within the control of TOG.
