The introduction of common data and information requirements will improve the ability of Isle Help CIC to predict levels of demand on its services and enhance its ability to produce robust prevention and outreach plans. Clients accessing correct services quickly reducing duplication and inefficiency. The strategic partnership will allow Isle Help CIC to rationalise the services that each partner delivers. This will reduce the confusion that may be experienced by the public and allow them to access services quicker. Business developments leading to improved sustainability for the advice services. The introduction of the strategic partnership will allow Isle Help CIC to take on additional services from IW Council. The delivery of additional services will generate additional income to preserve the sustainability of advice services. Gain-share arrangements to ensure that savings made are reinvested into the strategic partnership. A proportion of the efficiency savings made by IW Council will be reinvested into the strategic partnership improving the sustainability of Isle Help CIC and future proofing the delivery of advice services. Improved co-ordination and closer contact between partners enhancing relationships and improving client satisfaction The governance arrangements introduced for the strategic partnership will be more robust than the current collaboration between advice agencies. This will improve relationships and accountability leading to improved services for clients.

  • Reporting Subawards and Executive Compensation a. Reporting of first-tier subawards.

  • Coordination of Benefits and Subrogation IPA and HMO shall establish and implement a system for coordination of benefits and subrogation, in accordance with those rules established under the HMO's policies and procedures and applicable federal and state laws. If known to IPA, IPA shall identify and inform HMO of Members for whom coordination of benefits and subrogation opportunities exist. HMO hereby authorizes IPA to seek payment, on a fee-for service basis or otherwise, from any insurance carrier, organization, or government agency which is primarily responsible for the payment or provision of medical services provided by IPA under this Agreement which can be recovered by reason of coordination of benefits, motor vehicle injury, worker's compensation, temporary disability, occupational disease, or similar exclusionary or limiting provisions, to the extent authorized by the applicable and not otherwise prohibited by law.

  • COBRA/Rhode Island Extended Benefits (XXXX) If this plan is provided to you under COBRA or XXXX, and you are covered under another plan as an employee, retiree, or dependent of an employee or retiree, the plan covering you as an employee, retiree or dependent of an employee or retiree will be primary and the COBRA or XXXX plan will be the secondary plan.

  • Life Insurance Benefits A. During the life of this Agreement, the basic life insurance benefit made available to Faculty members shall be calculated as 3 times base annual earnings, rounded to the next highest $1,000, but not more than $225,000. A separate additional benefit up to the amount of the life insurance will be paid for accidental death and dismemberment, or loss of sight. The amount of Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment/Loss of Sight benefits will be reduced to 65% at age 65, and further reduced (from the original insurance amount) as follows: to 50% at age 70, and 35% at age 75. Basic life insurance and AD&D benefits will be provided with no employee contributions.

  • RESTRICTIONS ON EMPLOYMENT OF FORMER STATE OFFICER OR EMPLOYEE The Engineer shall not hire a former state officer or employee of a state agency who, during the period of state service or employment, participated on behalf of the state agency in this agreement’s procurement or its negotiation until after the second anniversary of the date of the officer’s or employee’s service or employment with the state agency ceased.

  • Hospitals of Ontario Voluntary Life Insurance Plan The Hospital also agrees to make the Hospitals of Ontario Voluntary Life Insurance Plan (HOOVLIP) available to the nurses subject to the provisions of HOOVLIP at no cost to the Hospital.

  • Eligibility for Sick Leave with Pay Employees shall be eligible for sick leave with pay immediately upon accrual.

  • Contributions to Individual Account Programs As of the date that an employee becomes a member of the Individual Account Program established by Section 29 of Chapter 733, Oregon Laws 2003 and pursuant to Section 3 of that same chapter, the State will pay an amount equal to six percent (6%) of the employee’s monthly salary, not to be deducted from the salary, as the employee’s contribution to the employee’s account in that program. The employee’s contributions paid by the State under this Section 2 shall not be considered to be “salary” for the purposes of determining the amount of employee contributions required to be contributed pursuant to Section 32 of Chapter 733, Oregon Laws 2003.

  • Benefits on Layoff (The following clause is applicable to full-time employees only) In the event of a lay-off of a full-time employee the Hospital shall pay its share of insured benefits premium up to three (3) months from the end of the month in which the lay-off occurs or until the laid off employee is employed elsewhere, whichever occurs first.
