Common use of Benefits Contribution Clause in Contracts

Benefits Contribution. 7 Effective October 1, 2018, the District base contribution for health and welfare benefits shall remain fixed 8 at a minimum of $1,000 per eligible employee, per month and this contribution shall be pooled and 9 allocated in a manner determined by the MINT. However, substantive changes may be brought to the 10 FUSE Executive Board and/or the FUSE membership by the FUSE MINT representatives. The employee's 11 share of the health and welfare premiums as established by the MINT, shall be paid for by the employee 12 through payroll deduction.

However, substantive changes may be brought to the 10 FUSE Executive Board 8 UPEC Leadership Committee and/or the FUSE UPEC membership by the FUSE UPEC MINT representatives. The 9 employee's 11 share of the health and welfare premiums as established by the MINT, shall be paid for by the 10 employee 12 through payroll deduction.

However, substantive changes may be brought to the FUSE 10 FUSE Executive Board and/or the FUSE membership by the FUSE MINT Omniparty representatives. The employee's 11 share of the health and welfare premiums as established by the MINTOmniparty, shall be paid for by the 12 employee 12 through payroll deduction.
