Adjuncts. To the extent that an adjunct/community faculty member is assigned work funded by a grant or an external third-party contract, the adjunct/community faculty member shall be compensated with credits. Such work shall not count against the cap on adjunct/community faculty workloads provided elsewhere in this Agreement.

Adjuncts. ▪ All current adjuncts will be offered a full complement of courses before assigned to newly hired adjuncts, to be effected through administrative policy. ▪ Adjunct Faculty Development Fund (Article V, G): Eligibility after 3 semesters of SCCC experience and working 2 or more contact hrs/semester. Eligibility for reimbursement of up to $750/year ▪ Adjunct offices: equipped with secure storage spaces (lockers) & will not be used as make-up test taking sites by other faculty members ▪ Shall be notified via email or faculty portal of all college-wide general faculty meetings. ▪ Adjuncts without discipline specific Masters’ degree may petition for a waiver of MA specific degree to be eligible for promotion to Adjunct Assistant Professor. Adjuncts. Effective 9/1/01 the adjunct rate schedule shall be increased by 2% at each rank. • Effective 9/1/02 the adjunct rate schedule shall be increased by 3% at each rank. • Effective 9/1/03 the adjunct rate schedule shall be increased by 3% at each rank. • Effective 9/1/04 the adjunct rate schedule shall be increased by 3% at each rank. Note: The foregoing percentages shall be applied to the rates for Right-to-Know and Holistic Scorers.

  • Adjunct Faculty Adjunct faculty shall be eligible for benefits as follows:

  • Laboratory a. Drug tests shall be conducted by laboratories licensed and approved by SAMSHA which comply with the American Occupational Medical Association (AOMA) ethical standards. Upon advance notice, the parties retain the right to inspect the laboratory to determine conformity with the standards described in this policy. The laboratory will only test for drugs identified in this policy. The City shall bear the cost of all required testing unless otherwise specified herein.

  • Rhytidectomy Scar revision, regardless of symptoms. • Sclerotherapy for spider veins. • Skin tag removal. • Subcutaneous injection of filling material. • Suction assisted Lipectomy. • Tattooing or tattoo removal except tattooing of the nipple/areola related to a mastectomy. • Treatment of vitiligo. • Standby services of an assistant surgeon or anesthesiologist. • Orthodontic services related to orthognathic surgery. • Cosmetic procedures when performed primarily: o to refine or reshape body structures or dental structures that are not functionally impaired; o to improve appearance or self-esteem; or o for other psychological, psychiatric or emotional reasons. • Drugs, biological products, hospital charges, pathology, radiology fees and charges for surgeons, assistant surgeons, attending physicians and any other incidental services, which are related to cosmetic surgery.

  • FABRICATION Making up data or results and recording or reporting them.

  • Hardware IF HARDWARE IS IDENTIFIED ON A TRANSACTION DOCUMENT, THE SALE AND USE OF THE HARDWARE WILL BE GOVERNED BY TERMS OTHER THAN THIS XXXX. OT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO THE HARDWARE.

  • Cutting, Patching, and Fitting The Contractor shall do all cutting, patching, and fitting of the Work that may be required to make its several parts come together properly and fit.

  • Staging In addition to the staging categories listed in paragraph 1 of Annex 2-A, this Schedule contains staging categories 20-A, 20-B, PR-1 and PR-130:

  • Mastectomy Services Inpatient This plan provides coverage for a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours in a hospital following a mastectomy and a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours in a hospital following an axillary node dissection. Any decision to shorten these minimum coverages shall be made by the attending physician in consultation with and upon agreement with you. If you participate in an early discharge, defined as inpatient care following a mastectomy that is less than forty-eight (48) hours and inpatient care following an axillary node dissection that is less than twenty-four (24) hours, coverage shall include a minimum of one (1) home visit conducted by a physician or registered nurse.

  • Devices BNY Mellon will restrict the transfer of Customer Data from its network to mass storage devices. BNY Mellon will use a mobile device management system or equivalent tool when mobile computing is used to provide the services. Applications on such authenticated devices will be housed within an encrypted container and BNY Mellon will maintain the ability to remote wipe the contents of the container.
