In addition to the vacation benefits in Section 4.4 above, Employee shall be entitled to all benefits that the Company may make generally available from time to time to its employees, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable policy or plan, and provided that Employee understands that he/she will be designated as a key employee for purposes of any FMLA leave.
