Auditor 28.2.1 The Department (in accordance with Post-16 audit code of practice - XXX.XX (xxx.xxx.xx)), the European Commission, the European Court of Auditors and/or a Crown Body may at any time conduct audits for the following purposes:-

Accountants As of the date of this Agreement, the Company shall retain an independent registered public accounting firm reasonably acceptable to the Representative, and the Company shall continue to retain a nationally recognized independent registered public accounting firm for a period of at least three (3) years after the date of this Agreement.
