Accountants Sample Clauses

The 'Accountants' clause defines the role and responsibilities of accountants in relation to the agreement. Typically, this clause specifies how accountants may be used to verify financial statements, audit records, or resolve financial disputes between the parties. For example, it may outline the process for appointing an independent accountant to review accounts or determine adjustments. The core function of this clause is to ensure transparency and accuracy in financial matters, providing a neutral mechanism for resolving accounting-related issues and fostering trust between the parties.
