BARGAINING UNIT MEMBER SUPPORT. A. Office Support The duties of each departmental office will include office support to all bargaining unit members of the department to the maximum extent possible in an effort to assist the bargaining unit members in fulfilling their academic responsibilities.

Upon request or when deemed necessary, the Board and the administration will provide appropriate training, guidance, and instruction to bargaining unit members relating to compliance of state and federal education and health policies, as well as social and political issues.
