Bank Fees and Charges. Each applicable Borrower shall pay to the Bank, as issuer of each Letter of Credit such fees and other charges as are charged by the Bank for letters of credit issued by it, including, without limitation, its standard fees for issuing, administering, amending, renewing, paying and canceling letters of credit and all other fees associated with issuing or servicing letters of credit, as and when assessed.
