Average Deferral Percentage or ADP. For a specified group of eligible Participants for the Plan Year, the average of the Participants’ Actual Deferral Percentages. For purposes of computing the Average Deferral Percentages, except as provided in Section 2.7, any otherwise eligible Participant who elects not to defer shall be treated as an eligible Participant on whose behalf no Elective Deferral Contributions are made. Unless selected otherwise in the Adoption Agreement, the Current Year Testing method described below shall apply.
