Availability of Private Listening Devices. Any private listening devices necessary to utilize any Bank of America Talking ATM shall be readily available and provided free of charge to Persons with Vision Impairments.

Availability of Private Listening Devices. The private listening devices necessary to utilize any Bank One Talking ATM shall be readily available and provided free of charge to Persons with Vision Impairments. The private listening devices shall be distributed with instructions about how users are to locate the earphone xxxx and activate the Bank One Talking ATM audio program. Such instructions shall be available in audio and large print within sixty (60) days of the Effective Date of this Agreement.
Availability of Private Listening Devices. Washington Mutual will promptly provide private listening devices, upon request per Bank policy, from a central distribution location. In addition, throughout the Term of this Understanding, private listening devices shall be available in limited quantities at each branch location following the rollout of a Talking ATM at that particular branch location to enable demonstration of the Talking ATM upon request from Persons with Vision Impairments.
Availability of Private Listening Devices. TCF Bank will make available upon request through a cen tralized process listening devices necessary to utilize any TCF Bank Talking ATM at no charge to Persons with Visual Impairments. TCF Bank will use its best efforts to provide such devices in a timely manner upon requests where the requests are made through a designated non-exclusive TCF toll free telephone number or at bank branches. The private listening devices shall be distributed with instructions about how users are to locate the earphone jack and activate the TCF Bank Talking ATM audio program. TCF will also make private listening devices available at TCF branches, with the exception of in-store branches and campus branches.
Availability of Private Listening Devices. LaSalle will provide listening devices necessary to utilize any LaSalle Talking ATM at no charge to Persons with Vision Impairments. LaSalle will use its best efforts to provide such devices in a timely manner upon requests made through its toll free telephone banking staff and at bank branches where at least one LaSalle Talking ATM has been installed. The private listening devices shall be distributed with instructions about how users are to locate the earphone xxxx and activate the LaSalle Talking ATM audio program. Such instructions shall be available in audio and large print by March 31, 2005.
Availability of Private Listening Devices. Fleet will use best efforts to have any private listening devices necessary to utilize any Fleet Talking ATM readily available at branches with Talking ATMs during normal business hours, and such devices shall be provided free of charge to Persons with Vision Impairments.
Availability of Private Listening Devices. Any private listening devices necessary to use a Talking Vcom or any Talking ATM in any 7-11 store shall be readily available and provided free of charge to Persons with Vision Impairments. At a minimum, such devices shall be available at all 7-Eleven stores which contain a Talking Vcom or a Talking ATM.
