Common use of Authority’s Monitoring Requirements Clause in Contracts

Authority’s Monitoring Requirements. J.1 The Authority will develop a structure of performance monitoring and audit processes of individual projects. This process has both an audit and support function; it is designed to reduce risks to both the Authority and the Contractor, and ensures that quality improvement across a range of criteria is built into the contract monitoring process. Areas of concern can be identified and addressed at an early stage while, equally, examples of good practice can be shared more widely with other Provider agencies. The NOMS CFO guide to claiming and evidencing the outcomes is attached at Appendix A to this Schedule and such evidence will be retained in line with ESF requirements.
