Auction Listings. The Client hereby grants to OpenSite the right to access, reproduce, display and distribute a list of the Auction Items and the descriptions thereof provided by the Client through a central search service (the "Search Service") located on OpenSite's corporate site on the Internet or any other site on the Internet that is owned or controlled by OpenSite. The Client hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Search Service may contain listings and descriptions of auction items of other OpenSite clients or customers and which may include listings of similar or competing auction items by competitors of the Client. OpenSite shall ensure that Client site is referenced each and every time Client Content is reproduced, displayed, distributed or access granted pursuant to this Section 2(g).

Auction Listings. Client hereby grants to OpenSite the right to access, reproduce, display and distribute a list of the Auction Items and the descriptions thereof provided by Client through a search service (the "Search Service") located on OpenSite's corporate Website on the Internet or any other Website on the Internet that is owned or controlled by OpenSite or a strategic partner of OpenSite. Client hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Search Service may contain listings and descriptions of auction items of others which may include listings of similar or competing items.
Auction Listings. Compensation offered through the AOR/MLS to cooperating brokers on listings which are offered by auction is for the amount published therein unless the listing broker indicates in the AOR/MLS that the sale and gross commission are based upon sales price. The listing price in the AOR/MLS shall be the reserve or minimum bid and must state “compensation to cooperating agent for a successful bid only” in the Agent/Private Remarks only. Auction listings shall have written listing contracts, as required by the AOR/MLS, including terms and conditions of auction, provided to the AOR/MLS.   • Auctions Lessee shall not conduct, nor permit to be conducted, either voluntarily or involuntarily, any auction upon the Premises without first having obtained Lessor's prior written consent.
