ASSOCIATION BUSINESS –MEETINGS/CONFERENCES/ETC a. The Association shall be granted leave in order to conduct Association business. On such days of absence, the employee shall not suffer a loss in pay, benefits, or other contractual or statutory advantages to which they are entitled. The Association will assume all financial responsibilities for employee absence. The Mount Pleasant Area School District will assume financial responsibility for the substitutes.

  • Conferences and Meetings Attend meetings with Contractor, such as preconstruction conferences, progress meetings, job conferences and other project-related meetings, and prepare and circulate copies of minutes thereof.

  • Conference Telephone Meetings Directors or members of any committee of the Board may participate in a meeting of the Board or such committee by means of conference telephone or similar communications equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other, and such participation in a meeting shall constitute presence in person at such meeting.

  • Association Meetings A. The Association shall have the right to use school facilities for meetings without cost after the regular students' school day.

Required attendance outside of regular working hours may include, but is not limited to school staff meetings, parent/teacher interviews, curriculum nights, Individual Education Plan and Identification Placement Review Committee meetings, and consultations with board professional staff.

  • Required Meetings or Hearings Whenever any employee is required to appear before the Superintendent or his designee, Board or any committee, member, representative or agent thereof concerning any matter which could adversely affect the continuation of that employee in his office, position, or employment or the salary of any increments pertaining thereto, then he shall be given prior written notice of the reasons for such meetings or interview and shall be entitled to have a representative of the Association present to advise him and represent him during such meetings or interview.
