Assignment of Contribution Rights. Ralcorp will transfer and assign (or will cause another member of the Ralcorp Group to transfer and assign) to Post or another member of the Post Group all rights to seek contribution or damages from any applicable third party (such as a third party who aggravates an injury to a worker who makes a WC Claim) with respect to any WC Claim for which any member of the Post Group is responsible pursuant to this Article XII. Post will transfer and assign (or will cause another member of the Post Group to transfer and assign) to Ralcorp or another member of the Ralcorp Group all rights to seek contribution or damages from any applicable third party (such as a third party who aggravates an injury to a worker who makes a WC Claim) with respect to any WC Claim for which any member of the Ralcorp Group is responsible pursuant to this Article XII.
Assignment of Contribution Rights. Dover will transfer and assign (or cause a member of the Dover Group to transfer and assign) to a member of the Apergy Group all rights to seek contribution or damages from any applicable third party (such as a third party who aggravates an injury to a worker who makes a workers’ compensation claim) with respect to any workers’ compensation claim for which Apergy is responsible pursuant to Section 2.3(a) and this Article IV. Apergy will transfer and assign (or cause a member of the Apergy Group to transfer and assign) to a member of the Dover Group all rights to seek contribution or damages from any applicable third party (such as a third party who aggravates an injury to a worker who makes a workers’ compensation claim) with respect to any workers’ compensation claim for which Dover is responsible pursuant to Section 2.3(b).

LQ will transfer and assign (or cause another member of the LQ Parent Group to transfer and assign) to a member of the CPLG Group all rights to seek contribution or damages from any applicable third party (such as a third party who aggravates an injury to a worker who makes a workers’ compensation claim) with respect to any workers’ compensation claim for which CPLG is responsible pursuant to this Article VII. CPLG will transfer and assign (or cause another member of the CPLG Group to transfer and assign) to a member of the LQ Parent Group all rights to seek contribution or damages from any applicable third party (such as a third party who aggravates an injury to a worker who makes a workers’ compensation claim) with respect to any workers’ compensation claim for which LQ is responsible pursuant to this Article VII.
Assignment of Contribution Rights. Oil States will transfer and assign (or cause another member of the OS Group to transfer and assign) to a member of the Civeo Group all rights to seek contribution or damages from any applicable third party (such as a third party who aggravates an injury to a worker who makes a workers’ compensation claim) with respect to any workers’ compensation claim for which Civeo is responsible for pursuant to this Article IX.

Xxxxxxx International will transfer and assign (or cause another member of the Xxxxxxx International Group to transfer and assign) to a member of the Xxxxxxx Electronics Group all rights to seek contribution or damages from any applicable third party (such as a third party who aggravates an injury to a worker who makes a workers’ compensation claim) with respect to any workers’ compensation claim for which Xxxxxxx Electronics is responsible pursuant to this Article X. Xxxxxxx Electronics will transfer and assign (or cause another member of the Xxxxxxx Electronics Group to transfer and assign) to a member of the Xxxxxxx International Group all rights to seek contribution or damages from any applicable third party (such as a third party who aggravates an injury to a worker who makes a workers’ compensation claim) with respect to any workers’ compensation claim for which Xxxxxxx International is responsible pursuant to this Article X.
Assignment of Contribution Rights. IR will transfer and assign (or cause another member of the IR Group to transfer and assign) to a member of the Allegion Group all rights to seek contribution or damages from any applicable third party (such as a third party who aggravates an injury to a worker who makes a workers’ compensation claim) with respect to any workers’ compensation claim for which Allegion is responsible pursuant to this Article XI. Allegion will transfer and assign (or cause another member of the Allegion Group to transfer and assign) to a member of the IR Group all rights to seek contribution or damages from any applicable third party (such as a third party who aggravates an injury to a worker who makes a workers’ compensation claim) with respect to any workers’ compensation claim for which IR is responsible pursuant to this Article XI.
Assignment of Contribution Rights. Effective as of the Effective Time, OPC hereby transfers and assigns (on behalf of the OPC Group) to the CRC Group all rights to seek contribution or damages from any applicable third party (such as a third party who aggravates an injury to a worker who makes a workers’ compensation claim) with respect to any workers’ compensation claim for which CRC is responsible for pursuant to this Article X.
Assignment of Contribution Rights. Exelis will transfer and assign (or cause another member of the Exelis Group to transfer and assign) to a member of the Vectrus Group all rights to seek contribution or damages from any applicable third party (such as a third party who aggravates an injury to a worker who makes a workers’ compensation claim) with respect to any workers’ compensation claim for which Vectrus is responsible pursuant to this Article XII. Vectrus will transfer and assign (or cause another member of the Vectrus Group to transfer and assign) to a member of the Exelis Group all rights to seek contribution or damages from any applicable third party (such as a third party who aggravates an injury to a worker who makes a workers’ compensation claim) with respect to any workers’ compensation claim for which Exelis is responsible pursuant to this Article XII.
Assignment of Contribution Rights. NTELOS will transfer and assign to Wireline all rights to seek contribution or damages from any third party (such as a third party who aggravates an injury to a worker who makes a WC Claim) with respect to any WC Claim for which Wireline is responsible pursuant to Section 12.1(b).

Marathon Oil will transfer and assign (or will cause another member of the MRO Group to transfer and assign) to Marathon Petroleum or another member of the MPC Group all rights to seek contribution or damages from any applicable third party (such as a third party who aggravates an injury to a worker who makes a WC Claim) with respect to any WC Claim for which any member of the MPC Group is responsible pursuant to this Article XII. Marathon Petroleum will transfer and assign (or will cause another member of the MPC Group to transfer and assign) to Marathon Oil or another member of the MRO Group all rights to seek contribution or damages from any applicable third party (such as a third party who aggravates an injury to a worker who makes a WC Claim) with respect to any WC Claim for which any member of the MRO Group is responsible pursuant to this Article XII.
