Common use of Assignment of Contribution Rights Clause in Contracts

Assignment of Contribution Rights. Ralcorp will transfer and assign (or will cause another member of the Ralcorp Group to transfer and assign) to Post or another member of the Post Group all rights to seek contribution or damages from any applicable third party (such as a third party who aggravates an injury to a worker who makes a WC Claim) with respect to any WC Claim for which any member of the Post Group is responsible pursuant to this Article XII.
