Assignment of Arbitrator. ‌ When a party has requested that a grievance be submitted to arbitration and either party has requested that a hearing date be set, the parties shall, within 14 calendar days, assign an arbitrator from the mutually agreed upon list of arbitrators, or a substitute mutually agreed to, and set a date for the hearing. Depending upon availability, arbitrators shall be assigned cases on a rotating basis, or by mutual agreement.
