Assignment by Pledgee. The Pledgee may assign and/or transfer to any person that is or becomes a successor of the Pledgee as Security Agent or an additional security agent in accordance with the terms of the Finance Documents, all or part of its rights under this Deed by way of an assignment (xxxxxxxx) or all or part of its rights and obligations under this Deed by way of a takeover of contract (contractsoverneming). The Pledgor hereby irrevocably in advance (bij voorbaat) agrees to and cooperates with each entire or partial takeover of contract in accordance with Sections 6:156 and 6:159 DCC.
