Additional Security Agent definition
Additional Security Agent has the meaning given to it in Schedule 12 (Security Agent). Affiliate means, in relation to any person, a Subsidiary or a Holding Company of that person or any other Subsidiary of that Holding Company.
Additional Security Agent has the meaning given to it in Schedule 11 (Security Agent).
Examples of Additional Security Agent in a sentence
The Additional Security Agent shall be appointed on the same terms, and have the same rights, protections, duties and obligations, as the Security Agent and the Polish Security Agent, and references to the Security Agents shall include the Additional Security Agent.
