Appurtenance. Any article of equipment attached to a point on a Pole not normally occupied by a strand attachment (i.e., equipment cabinets, terminals, power supplies, etc.).
Appurtenance. This Agreement: (1) is binding upon the Grantor’s successors and assigns; (2) runs with the Parking Lot Parcel; and (3) is included in any Parking Lot Parcel transfers whether or not any transfer instrument mentions or includes this Agreement.

  • Personal Property The Company has delivered to IES an accurate list (which is set forth on Schedule 5.14) of (x) all personal property material to the operations of the Company included in "plant, property and equipment" on the balance sheet of the Company, (y) all other personal property owned by the Company with an individual value in excess of $2,500 (i) as of the Balance Sheet Date and (ii) acquired since the Balance Sheet Date and (z) all material leases and agreements in respect of personal property, including, in the case of each of (x), (y) and (z), (1) true, complete and correct copies of all such leases and (2) an indication as to which assets are currently owned, or were formerly owned, by Stockholders, relatives of Stockholders, or Affiliates of the Company. Except as set forth on Schedule 5.14, (i) all personal property material to, and used by, the Company in its business is either owned by the Company or leased by the Company pursuant to a lease included on Schedule 5.14, (ii) all of the personal property listed on Schedule 5.14 or replacement property thereof is in working order and condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted and (iii) all leases and agreements included on Schedule 5.14 are in full force and effect and constitute valid and binding agreements of the parties (and their successors) thereto in accordance with their respective terms.

  • Structures Airport facilities such as bridges; culverts; catch basins, inlets, retaining walls, cribbing; storm and sanitary sewer lines; water lines; underdrains; electrical ducts, manholes, handholes, lighting fixtures and bases; transformers; flexible and rigid pavements; navigational aids; buildings; vaults; and, other manmade features of the airport that may be encountered in the work and not otherwise classified herein. 10-50 SUBGRADE.   • Buildings The Employer will provide and maintain all state-owned buildings, facilities, and equipment in accordance with the specific written order(s) of the Michigan Departments of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs and/or Military and Veterans Affairs. Where facilities are leased by the Employer, the Employer shall make every reasonable effort to assure that such facilities comply with the order(s) of the Michigan Departments of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs and/or Military and Veterans Affairs.

  • Sidewalks entrances, passages, elevators, vestibules, stairways, corridors, halls, lobby and any other part of the Building shall not be obstructed or encumbered by any Tenant or used for any purpose other than ingress or egress to and from each tenant’s premises. Landlord shall have the right to control and operate the common portions of the Building and exterior facilities furnished for common use of the tenants (such as the eating, smoking, and parking areas) in such a manner as Landlord deems appropriate.
