Common use of Approvals Extended to Architectural and Aesthetic Matters Clause in Contracts

Approvals Extended to Architectural and Aesthetic Matters. Approval of the Authority to any improvements to the Airline Premises will extend to and include architectural and aesthetic matters. The Authority reserves the right to reject any design layouts or design proposals submitted by the Airline and to require the Airline to resubmit any such layouts or proposals at the Airline's expense until such design layouts and/or design proposals are deemed acceptable by Authority and subsequently approved in writing.
