Approval by Village. All work shall be done subject to the approval of the Village's representatives. They shall decide all questions which arise as to the amount, quality, and acceptability to materials furnished, work performed, manner of performance, rate of progress of the work, interpretation of plans, specifications and regulations and acceptable fulfillment of this Agreement. Materials shall be furnished and work shall be performed in conformity with Village Standards and Specifications, and with the plans and specifications received by the Director of Engineering and Development and on file in the Village and construction industry standards in the Village and the Greater Milwaukee Area.

  • Course Approval Approval for dual credit shall be by the LEA and POSTSECONDARY INSTITUTION representatives on a course-by-course basis each semester based on the student’s prior coursework, career pathway, and/or academic readiness. There is no state limit to the number of credits a student may earn through dual credit in an academic term; however, the student must meet eligibility requirements.

  • Approval/Non-Approval We will notify you whether your Application has been approved or denied within 14 days after the date we receive a completed Application. Notification may be in person or by mail or telephone unless you have requested that notification be by mail. You must not assume approval until you receive actual notice of approval. The 14-day time period may be changed only by separate written agreement.

  • Approval of Plans Landlord will not check Tenant drawings for building code compliance. Approval of the Final Plans by Landlord is not a representation that the drawings are in compliance with the requirements of governing authorities, and it shall be Tenant’s responsibility to meet and comply with all federal, state, and local code requirements. Approval of the Final Plans does not constitute assumption of responsibility by Landlord or its architect for their accuracy, sufficiency or efficiency, and Tenant shall be solely responsible for such matters.

  • FAA APPROVAL This Agreement may be subject to approval of the FAA. If the FAA disapproves this Agreement, it will become null and void, and both Parties will bear their own expenses relative to this Agreement, up to the date of disapproval.
