Appropriate Unit Definition. The appropriate unit shall consist of all employees performing paraprofessional duties including, but not limited to, library assistants, teacher assistants, and physical therapy assistants, but shall exclude those excluded by the Act (Title 39, Chapter 31, MCA), and shall exclude temporaries and substitutes who work less than thirty (30) consecutive work days. Henceforth, all employees within this bargaining unit shall be referred to as paraprofessionals.
