Appointment to a Separate Employer Organization. Notwithstanding paragraph 19.01(b), an employee who resigns to accept an appointment with an organization listed in Part II of Schedule I of the Public Service Staff Relations Act may choose not to be paid severance pay provided that the appointing organization will accept the employee’s Part I service for its severance pay entitlement.
