Application Process and Effective Date of Lane Change. Lane changes shall be processed when the lane change application form, course approval forms and official transcripts are submitted. The teacher’s placement on the salary schedule will be modified to reflect qualified lane changes according to the following schedule, provided that all necessary documents are received in the Human Resources office no later than the application deadlines below: Lane Change Application Form, Course Approval Forms and Official Transcript(s) Received and Date Stamped in the Human Resources Office By Prorated Lane Change September 30 100% January 31 50% Credits to apply to a lane change must be approved based on Section 6.7.4.
