Governing Law and Language This Framework Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, and all communication between us and you during our contractual relationship shall be conducted in English.
Applicable Law and Arbitration This Agreement shall be subject to Swiss Law. Complete Agreement; Governing Language This License constitutes the entire agreement between you and Apple relating to the use of the Apple Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter. No amendment to or modification of this License will be binding unless in writing and signed by Apple. Any translation of this License is done for local requirements and in the event of a dispute between the English and any non-English versions, the English version of this License shall govern, to the extent not prohibited by local law in your jurisdiction.
PROVISIONS OF LAW AND SEPARABILITY This MOU is subject to all current and future applicable Federal, State, and local laws, the City Charter, and any lawful rules and regulations enacted by the Civil Service Commission, or other similar independent commission of the City. If any Article, part, or provision of this MOU is in conflict or inconsistent with such applicable provisions of Federal, State, or local laws, or the Charter of the City of Los Angeles or is otherwise held to be invalid or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, said Article, part, or provision shall be suspended and superseded by such applicable law or regulations, and the remainder of this MOU shall not be affected thereby.
Governing Law; Terms This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, except to the extent that perfection of the security interest hereunder, or remedies hereunder, in respect of any particular Collateral are governed by the laws of a jurisdiction other than the State of New York.
