AOL User Communications. To the extent MP sends any form of communications to AOL Users, MP will promote the Affiliated MP Site as the location at which to purchase Products (as compared to any more general or other site or location). In addition, MP will not encourage AOL Users to take any action inconsistent with the scope and purpose of this Agreement, including without limitation, the following actions: (a) using Content other than the Licensed Content; (b) bookmarking of interactive Sites other than the Affiliated MP Site; (c) using interactive Sites other than those covered by the revenue-sharing provisions herein; (d) changing the default home page on the AOL browser; or (e) using any interactive Service other than AOL.

AOL User Communications. To the extent that MP is permitted to communicate -------------------------- with AOL Users under Section 11 of this Exhibit G, in any communications to AOL Users on or off the Affiliated MP Site (including, without limitation, e-mail solicitations) that are the type of communications described in Section 11 (the "AOL User communications"), MP will not encourage AOL Users to take any action inconsistent with the scope and purpose of this Agreement, including without limitation, the following actions: (i) using an entry page other than the Affiliated MP Site for the purchase of Products, (ii) using Content other than the Licensed Content; (iii) bookmarking of Interactive Sites; or (iv) changing the default home page on the AOL browser. Additionally, with respect to such AOL User communications, in the event that MP encourages an AOL User to purchase products through such communications, MP shall ensure that (a) the AOL Network is promoted as the primary means through which the AOL User can access the Affiliated MP Site and (b) any link to the Affiliated MP Site will link to a page which indicates to the AOL User that such user is in a site which is affiliated with the AOL Network.
AOL User Communications. To the extent that MP is permitted to communicate with AOL Users under Section 15 of this Exhibit G, in any such communications (on or off the Affiliated MP Site (including without limitation, by e-mail)) (A) to specific AOL Users based on contact or other information obtained by MP as a direct or indirect result of this Agreement, or (B) targeted specifically to AOL Users as a group, MP will not encourage AOL Users to take any action inconsistent with the scope and purpose of this Agreement, including without limitation, the following actions: (i) using an Interactive Site other than the Affiliated MP Site for the purchase of Products or provision of Services (except for any links to the MP Commerce Partners within the Affiliated MP Site, if and to the extent permitted by this Agreement), (ii) using Content other than the Licensed Content; (iii) bookmarking of Interactive Sites; or (iv) changing the default home page on the AOL browser. Additionally, with respect to such AOL User communications, in the event that MP encourages an AOL User to purchase products through such communications, MP shall ensure that (a) the AOL Network is promoted as the primary means through which the AOL User can access the Affiliated MP Site and (b) any link to the Affiliated MP Site will link to a page which indicates to the AOL User that such user is in a site which is affiliated with the AOL Network.
AOL User Communications. To the extent that Onvia is permitted to communicate with AOL Users under this Exhibit G, in any such communications to AOL Users on or off the Co-Branded Site (including, without limitation, e-mail solicitations), Onvia will not encourage AOL Users who have visited the Co- Branded Site during the Term (but excluding such AOL Users who have transacted with Onvia prior to the Term) to take any action inconsistent with the scope and purpose of this Agreement. Further, Onvia shall not encourage AOL Users to (i) bookmark Interactive Sites, or (ii) change the default home page on the AOL browser. Further still Onvia shall not encourage AOL Users who have visited the Co-Branded Site during the Term (but excluding such AOL Users who have transacted with Onvia prior to the Term), to (a) use any Interactive Site other than the Co-Branded Site for the purchase of Products, or (b) use Content other than the Licensed Content. Additionally, with respect to such AOL User communications, in the event that Onvia encourages an AOL User to purchase products through such communications, Onvia shall ensure that, during the Term, (x) the AOL Network is promoted as the primary means through which the AOL User can access the Co-Branded Site and (y) any link to the Co-Branded Site will link to a page which indicates to the AOL User that such user is in a site which is affiliated with the AOL Network.
AOL User Communications. To the extent that DigitalWork is permitted to communicate with AOL Users under Section 11 of this Exhibit G, in any such communications to AOL Users on or off the Co-Branded Site (including, without limitation, e-mail solicitations), DigitalWork will not encourage AOL Users (specifically identified) to take any action inconsistent with the scope and purpose of this Agreement, including without limitation, the following actions: encouraging persons known to be AOL Users (i.e., a communication specifically targeted to AOL Users, or to an individual DigitalWork knows is an AOL Purchaser) to (i) use an Interactive Site other than the Co-Branded Site for the purchase of Products, (ii) use Content other than the Licensed Content; (iii) bookmark of Interactive Sites; or (iv) change the default home page on the AOL browser. Additionally, with respect to such AOL User communications, in the event that DigitalWork encourages a known AOL Purchaser to purchase products through such communications, DigitalWork shall ensure that (a) the AOL Network is promoted as the primary means through which such AOL User can access the Co- Branded Site and (b) any link to the Co-Branded Site will link to a page which indicates to the AOL User that such user is in a site which is affiliated with the AOL Network. DigitalWork will not express any preference of the Standard Site over the Co-Branded Site.
AOL User Communications. To the extent MP sends any form of communications to AOL Users, MP will promote the Affiliated MP Site as the location at which to purchase Products (as compared to any more general or other site or location). In addition, in any communication to AOL Users or on the Affiliated MP Site, MP will not encourage AOL Users to take any action inconsistent with the scope and purpose of this Agreement, including without limitation, the following actions: (a) using Content other than the Licensed Content; (b) bookmarking of Interactive Sites; (c) using Interactive Sites other than those covered by the revenue-sharing provisions herein; (d) changing the default home page on the AOL browser, or (e) using any Interactive Service other than AOL. Any email newsletters sent to AOL Users by MP or its agents will (i) be subject to AOL's policies on use of the email functionality, including but not limited to AOL's policy on unsolicited bulk email, (ii) be sent only to AOL Users requesting to receive such newsletters, (iii) not contain Content which violates AOL's Terms of Service, and (iv) not contain any advertisements, marketing or promotion for any other Interactive Service. In any commercial e-mail communications to AOL Users which are otherwise permitted hereunder, MP will provide the recipient with a prominent and easy means to "opt-out" of receiving any future commercial e-mail communications from MP.
AOL User Communications. To the extent that MP is permitted to communicate with AOL Users under Section 10 of this Exhibit G, in any such communications to AOL Users on or off the Affiliated MP Site (including, without limitation, e-mail solicitations), MP will not knowingly take actions with intent to cause AOL User to take the following actions: (i) using an Interactive Site other than the Affiliated MP Site for the purchase of Products, (ii) using Content other than the Licensed Content; (iii) bookmarking of Interactive Sites; or (iv) changing the default home page on the AOL browser. Additionally, with respect to such AOL User communications, in the event that MP encourages an AOL User to purchase products through such communications, MP shall ensure that (a) the AOL Network is promoted as the primary means through which the AOL User can access the Affiliated MP Site and (b) any link to the Affiliated MP Site will link to a page which indicates to the AOL User that such user is in a site which is affiliated with the AOL Network.

AOL User Communications. To the extent 1-800-Flowers sends any targeted form of communications to AOL Users, 1-800-Flowers will promote the Affiliated 1-800-Flowers Site as the location at which to purchase Products (as compared to any more general or other site or location). In addition, 1-800-Flowers will not send any targeted form of communications that encourages AOL Users to take any action inconsistent with the scope and purpose of this Agreement, including without limitation, the following actions: (a) using Content other than the Licensed Content; (b) bookmarking of Interactive Sites other than the Affiliated 1-800-Flowers Site; (c) using Interactive Sites other than those covered by the revenue-sharing provisions herein; (d) changing the default home page on the AOL browser; or (e) using any Interactive Service other than AOL. This section 12 will not affect 1-800-Flowers' ability to send mailings to its general customer base (e.g., print catalog).
AOL User Communications. During the Term of this Agreement and for a period of one (1) year thereafter, to the extent that 1-800-FLOWERS is permitted to communicate with AOL Users under Section 11 of this Exhibit G, in any such communications to AOL Users on or (specifically targeting AOL Users) off the Affiliated 1-800-FLOWERS Sites (including, without limitation, e-mail solicitations), 1-800-FLOWERS shall not encourage AOL Users to use an Interactive Site other than the Affiliated 1-800-FLOWERS Sites for the purchase of Products, (ii) using Content other than the Licensed Content; (iii) bookmarking of Interactive Sites; or (iv) changing the default home page on the AOL browser. Additionally, with respect to such AOL User communications, in the event that 1-800-FLOWERS encourages an AOL User to purchase products through such communications, 1-800-FLOWERS shall ensure that (a) the AOL Network is promoted as the primary means through which the AOL User can access the Affiliated 1-800-FLOWERS Sites and (b) any link to any Affiliated 1-800-FLOWERS Site shall link to a page which indicates to the AOL User that such user is in a site which is affiliated with the AOL Network.
AOL User Communications. During the Term, to the extent that ICP is permitted to communicate with AOL Users pursuant to this Agreement, in any such communications targeted specifically to AOL Users (including, without limitation, e-mail solicitations), ICP will not encourage AOL Users to take any action inconsistent with the scope and purpose of this Agreement, including without limitation, the following actions: (i) using an Interactive Site other than the Affiliated ICP Sites for the purchase of Products, (ii) using Content other than the Licensed Content; (iii) bookmarking of Interactive Sites; or (iv) changing the default home page on the AOL browser. Additionally, with respect to such AOL User communications, in the event that ICP encourages an AOL User to purchase products through such communications, ICP shall ensure that (a) the AOL Properties are promoted as the primary means through which the AOL User can access the Affiliated ICP Sites and (b) any link to any Affiliated ICP Site will link to a page which indicates to the AOL User that such user is in a site which is affiliated with an AOL Property.
