Common use of Annual Vacation Cancellation Clause in Contracts

Annual Vacation Cancellation. (a) If the Manor unilaterally cancels a Nurse's vacation it had previously approved and such cancellation results in forfeiting a deposit for that vacation period, the Manor will reimburse the Nurse for the lost deposit providing the Nurse can show proof of such loss and that the Nurse had done everything reasonably possible to eliminate or reduce that loss, and in addition, the Nurse must advise the Manor that a potential claim exists at the time the Manor proposes to change the Nurse’s vacation.

(a) If the Manor Home unilaterally cancels a Nurse's ’s vacation it which had previously approved previous approval and such cancellation results in a Nurse’s forfeiting on a deposit for that on a vacation periodpackage, the Manor will Home shall reimburse the Nurse for the lost deposit providing the Nurse can show proof of such loss and that the Nurse had done everything reasonably possible to reduce or eliminate or reduce that lossloss and, and in addition, the Nurse must advise the Manor Home that a potential claim exists at the time the Manor Home proposes to change the Nurse’s vacation.
