Annual Tenure. Annual tenure appointments, also known as tenure track, will normally be made in major instructional areas and will be specified in the Notice of Appointment. Annual tenure appointments are for faculty members in a probationary status for up to five years. Reappointment on annual tenure is subject to yearly assessment of the individual’s performance and the needs of the institution; non-reappointment requires specified timely notice. Consideration for indefinite tenure normally is based on not less than five years of satisfactory probationary service at Eastern Oregon University.

  • Contract Duration and Annual Salary 1. Contractor is required to comply with all the provisions of the MCO, irrespective of the listing of obligations in this Section.

  • Basic Salaries The basic salaries of employees covered by this Agreement are set forth in Appendix A which is attached to, and incorporated in this Agreement. These salaries shall remain in effect from July 1 through June 30.
