Probationary Service definition

Probationary Service means the period between the date of commencement of employment and the satisfactory completion of the probation period as per Section 7.01.
Probationary Service means service, other than provisional service, in a permanent post, of an employee, who has not been confirmed in any post under the Corporation.

Examples of Probationary Service in a sentence

  • Probationary Service Employees may be disciplined and/or terminated for any reason in the sole discretion of the Employer without recourse to the grievance and arbitration provisions of this Agreement.
