Basic Annual Salary definition

Basic Annual Salary shall be the annual salary as determined in Article 31. It shall not include payment for extra duties nor stipends.

Basic Annual Salary means the basic annual remuneration of a Participant from the Corporation and Designated Affiliates exclusive of any overtime pay, bonuses or allowances (whether received in cash, securities or otherwise) of any kind whatsoever;

Basic Annual Salary means the basic annual remuneration of a Participant from the Corporation and any Designated Affiliate exclusive of any overtime pay, bonuses or allowances of any kind whatsoever or such other amount as may be determined by the Board from time to time in respect of a Participant;

More Definitions of Basic Annual Salary

Basic Annual Salary means the basic annual remuneration of a Participant from the Employer exclusive of any overtime pay, bonuses or allowances of any kind whatsoever or such other amount as may be determined by the Administrators from time to time as the Basic Annual Salary of the Participant;

Basic Annual Salary means the basic annual cash remuneration of a Participant from the Corporation and its Designated Affiliates exclusive of any overtime pay, bonuses or allowances of any kind whatsoever and not including any equity-based incentive compensation or amounts paid as a reimbursement of expenses;

Basic Annual Salary means the Employee's regular annual cash earnings from all System Companies, exclusive of any bonus, overtime or other special payments, but including the amount, if any, the Participant elects to defer under: (a) a cash or deferred arrangement qualified under Code Section 401(k); (b) a cafeteria plan under Code Section 125; (c) the Executive Deferred Compensation Plan of Entergy Corporation and Subsidiaries, or any successor or replacement plan; and (d) any other nonqualified deferred compensation plan, agreement, or arrangement in which the Participant may participate or to which the Participant may be a party.

Basic Annual Salary means the basic annual remuneration of a Participant from the Corporation and its Designated Affiliates exclusive of any overtime pay, bonuses or allowances of any kind whatsoever; provided, however, that for any Participant who is regularly scheduled to work a 12-hour shift, overtime pay shall be included in Basic Annual Salary, but only for the number of overtime hours worked in any two week period that, when added to the number of regular hours worked during the same period, will equal no more than 80 total hours for such period;

Basic Annual Salary means the basic annual remuneration of a participant from the Corporation and its Designated Affiliates exclusive of any overtime pay, bonuses or allowances of any kind whatsoever;

Basic Annual Salary means those earnings from the Employer immediately prior to the first day of entitlement to disability benefits, exclusive of bonuses, commissions, overtime pay, and extra compensation.

Basic Annual Salary means for any Participant for any Plan Year the total of the Participant's Regular Gross Wages and Salary exclusive of any overtime pay, bonuses or allowances of any kind whatsoever.
